The hiking is carried along with photography session and BBQ session. To make the photography session personalised, we only run a small-group tour. So be prepared with your own killer poses. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. When Customer cancels ▪️2 days before the tour (E.g. When your tour is on 25th of December, and you want to cancel it on 23rd of December or later), we charge a cancellation fee of full price you paid. ▪️7 days before the tour (E.g. When your tour is on 25th of December, and you want to cancel it on 18th of December or later), we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full price you paid. ▪️8 days or earlier than the tour, we do not charge a cancellation fee. 2. When Nordies Tour cancels ▪️When the weather is too bad for Aurora visibility, for instance, whole Lapland area is covered with cloud, we may ask for your consent about cancelling the tour. If you agree and we cancel the tour, we provide a full refund. ▪️If you still want to join the tour next day or any other upcoming days, you have to rebook the tour. *Applicable to upfront payments only.
